           Ajang piala AFF yang diselenggarakan 2th sekali yang diadakan tahun ini menyita perhatian publik. Ya siapa lagi kalau bukan pelakunya Indonesia. Tidak terduga. itulah kata kata yang terpikirkan oleh banyak orang tahun ini ketika melihat hasil pertandingan Piala AFF kali ini. hasil yang membanggakan ditorehkan tim Nasional Indonesia saat berlaga di turnamen 2tahunan ini patut kita acungi 4 jempol. Korban pertama adalah Malaysia yang notabene musuh bebuyutan Indonesia di ajang ini. yup... 5-1 skor yang membanggakan buat Indonesia dan 6-0 saat melawan Laos yang kemarin mengalahkan Indonesia di pentas SEAGAMES . waw sangat membanggakan walaupun baru 2 pertandingan dan sekaligus memastikan Indonesia ke Semifinal. Tapi yang perlu kita sorot adalah kemampuan tangan dingin pelatih Indonesia yaitu Alfred Riedl. keputusannya mencoret Boas salosa karenan tindakan Indisipliner sangat dipertanggungjawabkan dengan memasukkan dua tokoh naturalisasi yaitu Christian Gonzales (Uruguay), Irfan Bachdim ( Belanda) dan didukung mobilitas tinggi Okto Maniani dan M. Ridwan sangatlah memompa semangat anak asuhannya itu...

           Besok Selasa 7 Desember 2010 , Thailand yang akan merasakan ketangguhan Indonesia . Bagaimana hasilnya. Kita lihat saja dan kita berharap Inilah kebangkitan sepak bola Indonesia :) Bravo Indonesia. Berikanlah yang terbaik buat kami.

KALAHIN RASA TAKUT LO :D

Teorinya sih gampang bro. Namun, penerapannya gak gampang sih, terutama bagi orang yang memang benar-benar merasakan ketakutan tersebut.

Jika lo takut  nih?, lo bisa saja mengatasinya sendiri atau lo perlu bantuan orang lain. Semua itu tergantung dari seberapa besar rasa takut lo bro... but, betapa kecilnya rasa takut lo, lebih baik lo ngelakuin sesuatu nih.

waktu lo berhasil ngatasin tuh ketakutan lo, maka lo bakal ngedapetin lebih banyak peluang baik dalam karir maupun perkembangan diri lo.

Langkah Awalnya nih:

Mengambil langkah kecil dan pasti

Rasa takut adalah sesuatu yang menghentikan lo buat bertindak. Karena itulah, ambil langkah kecil dan perlahan. Dengan begini, lo bisa ngedapetin rasa percaya diri untuk mengambil langkah-langkah selanjutnya yang lebih besar.

Misalnya saja perbandingan yang mudah dengan angka. Kalau lo takut untuk berinvestasi sebesar 100 juta rupiah,lo bisa memulai dengan 5 juta rupiah. Setelah longerasain gimana tuh berinvestasi, maka lo bakalan ngedapetin rasa percaya diri dan berani untuk menginvestasikan jumlah yang lebih gedhe.

10 tips body healthy

Many of us are experiencing problems in raising a healthy weight. Ideal body weight can be increased by increasing muscle mass, not body fat. Many are often wrong sense by increasing the weight means to increase the amount of fat. Besides the way it is the wrong way, the way it is also very unhealthy because fat increases means we consume more energy than we need for our activities.
Usually after trying for months, eating as much as possible, exercise fitness 'said he' already heavy but still has not produced results at all, we're getting desperate and said if our lean body is genetic or is fate. If in 2-3 weeks there has been no result, SURE there is something wrong.

5. Weight training is NOT EXCEED 1 hour. And reduce your cardio. Exercise more than 1 hour will waste your calories. You still need calories to build your muscles.
6. Not train the same muscle more than 2x a week
7. It followed the 9-12 sets per muscle per session. Do not train the chest muscles with all the equipment at the gym with the assumption that the more complete the better. Use only 3-4 tool each about 3-4 sets and use the basic compound movements only. No Isolation Movement.
8. 6-8 reps is a must, must not be up to 12 reps. 6-8 reps tuh been failure.
9. Use negative reps. After the failure, assisted by a friend / spotter to lift, and we hold to the decline. Vary these negative reps for 2-3 weeks.
10. Already using High Intensity Training for weight training. Which means, short break between sets, about 1.5 - 2 minutes. And lift weights as heavy as possible. Example: create a high around 160-165, jgn say 10kg bench press left and right are severe. As it will not be able to increase your muscle mass. Pursue a minimum target of 25-30kg left and right. If blm capable, raise perlahan2 each week until you are able, if necessary, get help from friends.

Sampai - sampai orang yang melihat dan mendengarkan cerita itu merasa was-was dan takut. wajar dan sangat menusiawi bila perasa'an itu muncul. Hem... Yap benar, dosa kita dah mulai banyak dan Harus segera bertobatlah . Minim yang g pernah sholat bagi yang muslim ya agak di rajinkan sholatnya, bagi yang Kristiani biasanya hanya NAPAS aja alias NATAL PASKAH aja pergi ke gerejanya ya sekarang tiap minggu wajib ke gereja, sukur2 ikut misa harian , itu lebih bagus, bagi yang hindhu budha juga selalu beribadah sesuai agama masing masing, amal ibadah kita di pertebal, hidup bukan cuma untuk Update status akun-akun jejaring sosial saja sampai sampai lupa bersosialisasi yang sebenarnya. Bahkan Ubdate status gak jelas gitu, Hem...jangan kayak temen kos saya yang kalo dah ngadep layar HP n PC yang bisa untuk ngenet dah kayak orang autis segala, di tanyain apa gitu sampai gak nyambung (jangan ditiru gan). Buram semakin hitam dalam ambisi yang tak terkendali! mata tertutup keinginan yang senantiasa munusuk ulu hatiku. memyesakkan dada karena sulit terealisasi dan hanya terpendam saja. setiap bertambah dan setiap itu pula tidak ada yang bisa terungkap dalam bentuk karya yang nyata.seperti mimpi yang masih mentah tapi siap membusuk. tanpa ada selang untuk matang dan siap dinikmati... tiba-tiba hilang begitu saja. apakah ini yang dinamakan nasib? takdir? atau sejenis kata lain yang sama artinya?
kemarin aku melihat manusia memakan dagingnya sendiri... dan hari ini akumelihat manusia otaknya sendiri. kreatifitasinya dibayar hanya dengan sebungkus nasi goreng. harga diri sebatas di tangan anak istri. kita kalah... tanpa adanya jalan untuk menang. akan diam saja susah! harus mengalir bersama aliran yang sudah ada... walaupun mengalirnya tak tentu arah dan siap untuk tebuang. tapi kita mau!!!....
besok matahari akan telambat terbit, mendung minta jatah untuk lebih berlama-lama nongol di atas kepala kita. dan malam sudah tidak tahan untuk menunjukkan kegagahannya...gulita dan hitam! samar.... dan hancur perlahan-lahan! lama-lama sirna.......

     Mempunyai satu sahabat sejati lebih berharga dari seribu teman yang mementingkan diri sendiri. Apa yang kita alami demi teman kadang-kadang melelahkan dan menjengkelkan, tetapi itulah yang membuat persahabatan mempunyai nilai yang indah.  Persahabatan sering menyuguhkan beberapa cobaan, tetapi persahabatan sejati bisa mengatasi cobaan itu bahkan bertumbuh bersama karenanya…

    Persahabatan tidak terjalin secara otomatis tetapi membutuhkan proses yang panjang seperti besi menajamkan besi, demikianlah sahabat menajamkan sahabatnya. Persahabatan diwarnai dengan berbagai pengalaman suka dan duka, dihibur - disakiti, diperhatikan - dikecewakan, didengar - diabaikan, dibantu - ditolak, namun semua ini tidak pernah sengaja dilakukan dengan tujuan kebencian.

    Seorang sahabat tidak akan menyembunyikan kesalahan untuk menghindari perselisihan, justru karena kasihnya ia memberanikan diri menegur apa adanya.

Sahabat tidak pernah membungkus pukulan dengan ciuman, tetapi menyatakan apa yang amat menyakitkan dengan tujuan sahabatnya mau berubah.

Proses dari teman menjadi sahabat membutuhkan usaha pemeliharaan dari kesetiaan, tetapi bukan pada saat kita membutuhkan bantuan barulah kita memiliki motivasi mencari perhatian, pertolongan dan pernyataaan kasih dari orang lain, tetapi justru ia berinisiatif memberikan dan mewujudkan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh sahabatnya.

      Kerinduannya adalah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan sahabatnya, karena tidak ada persahabatan yang diawali dengan sikap egoistis. Semua orang pasti membutuhkan sahabat sejati, namun tidak semua orang berhasil mendapatkannya. Banyak pula orang yang telah menikmati indahnya persahabatan, namun ada juga yang begitu hancur karena dikhianati sahabatnya.

PRAMBANAN, RORO JONGGRANG YANG EKSOTIC

Terletak 13 Km dari kota Klaten, menuju barat pada jalur jalan ke Yogyakarta dan 17 Km dari Yogya menuju timur pada jalur jalan ke kota Klaten/Surakarta,Candi Prambanan atau Candi Rara Jonggrang adalah candi Hindu terbesar di Jawa Tengah. Secara administratif kompleks candi ini berada di perbatasan Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Masyarakat menyebut candi ini dengan nama candi Larajonggrang, suatu sebutan yang sebenarnya keliru. Rara dalam bahasa Jawa untuk menyebut anak gadis. Dalam cerita rakyat, Rara Jonggrang dikenal sebagai putri Prabhu Ratubaka yang namanya diabadikan sebagai nama peninggalan kompleks bangunan di perbukitan Saragedug sebelah selatan Candi Prambanan.

Dikisahkan dalam cerita tersebut ada seorang raksasa bernama Bandung Bandawasa yang memiliki kekuatan supranatural. Dia ingin mempersunting putri Rara Jonggrang. Untuk itu dia harus membuat candi dengan seribu arca didalamnya dalam waktu satu malam. Permintaan tersebut dipenuhi oleh Bandung Bandawasa, namun Rara Jonggrang curang sehingga pada saat yang ditentukan candi itu belum selesai, kurang sebuah arca lagi. Bandung Bandawasa marah dan mengutuk putri Rara Jonggrang menjadi pelengkap arca yang keseribu. Arca tersebut dipercayai sebagai arca Durgamahisasuramardhini yang berada di bilik utara Candi Siwa.

Kompleks Candi Prambanan mempunyai 3 halaman, yaitu halaman pertama berdenah bujur sangkar, merupakan halaman paling suci karena halaman tersebut terdapat 3 candi utama (Siwa, Wisnu, Brahma), 3 candi perwara, 2 candi apit, 4 candi kelir, 4 candi sudut/patok. Halaman kedua juga berdenah bujur sangkar, letaknya lebih rendah dari halaman pertama. Pada halaman ini terdapat 224 buah candi perwara yang disusun atas 4 deret dengan perbandingan jumlah 68, 60, 52, dan 44 candi. Susunan demikian membentuk Seni hias yang sangat menarik di kompleks Candi Prambanan ini adalah hiasan-hiasan yang berupa relief arca dewa Lokapala (8 dewa penjaga arah mata angin) yang dipahatkan pada dinding luar kaki Candi. 

Disamping itu, juga terdapat relief cerita Ramayanadan Kresnayana. Relief Ramayana dipahatkan pada dinding dalam pagar langkan Candi Siwa di candi Brahma. Relief Kresnayana dipahatkan pada dinding dalam pagar langkan Candi Wisnu. Selain relief arca Dewa Lokapala, relief Ramayana, dan Kresnayana, seni hias di kompleks Candi Prambanan yang menonjol adalah hiasan yang lazim disebut motif prambanan, yaitu suatu hiasan pada batur candi yang berupa seekor singa yang dalam posisi duduk diapit oleh pohon kalpataru (= pohon hayati/pohon kehidupan). Hiasan semacam ini hanya terdapat di candi Prambanan sehingga disebut dengan motif candi prambanan.

Hiasan-hiasan lainnya yang banyak menghiasi dinding luar batur candi adalah pohon kalpataru yang diapit sepasang mahluk kayangan yang lazim disebut kinara-kinari (= mahluk berkepala manusia berbadan burung). Di sekitar candi Prambanan dapat dikunjungi pula beberapa candi Budha seperti candi Sajiwan, candi Lumbung, candi Sewu dan candi Plaosan. Selama bulan Mei sampai Oktober pada saat bulan purnama di plataran terbuka candi Prambanan diadakan Sendratari Ramayana yang dimulai pada pukul 19.00 - 21.00 wib.

WEDANGAN , ALTERNATIVE OUTSIDE DRINKING TEA

If da ya want to come aja nyobain guaranteed satisfaction, there is my favorite menu sego cat, lear satay made from starch that tastes like satay real but not material from meat, eating kebabs called sate lear aka bo'ong:), and ice tea.
